Description of the role

Support our community centre by helping to plan, set up, and run groups and activities for local residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating welcoming spaces, and being part of a friendly, community‑focused team. Current group availability includes; Baby sensory, Skills Workshop and Toddler group.

What you’ll do:

• Help plan simple, engaging activities for groups
• Set up rooms and materials before sessions
• Welcome attendees and support them during the group
• Assist with running activities in a calm, inclusive way
• Help tidy up and reset the space afterwards

Practical Considerations

Travel Expenses such as bus fares can be claimed.

Any specific requirements

• Will require references.
• Must be 18 or over.

About the organisation

REACH is a community centre in Redditch Worcestershire. We are a non profit based in Winyates. We hold lots of weekly activities for all ages. We have an on site children and families worker and finance and debt advisor. We also make Christmas food hampers for less fortunate families in Redditch.
