Visitor Experience Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the Wakehurst Visitor Experience & Commercial Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for all visitors to Wakehurst, while supporting the continued success of our retail and membership offer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer service and retail presentation, as well as driving retail and membership sales to help achieve income and KPI targets. This role requires flexibility, including working alternate weekends and late evenings during events.

You will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with experience in fast-paced visitor or retail environments. You will demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and sales skills, with the ability to work independently, deliver excellent customer service, and respond positively to challenges with energy, flexibility, and professionalism.

The salary for this position is £26,119 pro rata per annum [Grade 1a]
