Working within the front of house team, you will support the efficient running of the Visitor Centre operation on a day-to-day basis delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards of presentation are met.  The role has a particular focus on membership sales and answering visitor questions at the point of entry to Wakehurst

We are looking for people with enthusiasm and great customer service skills, who genuinely enjoy working with the public.

The role is for 10hrs over two days alternating Thu-Fri and Sat-Sun each week. The ideal candidate will have a customer service or retail background and be able to show previous experience of working in a similar environment providing a warm and friendly welcome, information and advice on making the best out of your visit, with experience of working with a membership product an advantage.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 4 June at the Visitor Centre Wakehurst.

The salary for this position is £26,119 per annum (pro rata) [Grade 1A]
