Videographer & Social Media Assistant, 22.5 hours per week, fixed term until June 2027
Role: Videographer & Social Media Assistant - 12 months fixed term contract ends June 2027

Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: Grade 5A - £27,444.69 per annum, pro-rata, £14.04 per hour
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Here at Keele SU, everything we do is about empowering students to be who they want to be and make a difference to the world. We support, represent, entertain, and build a community where every student feels included and inspired.
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven individual with strong video editing experience. You will be required to apply a high level of creative flair, strong communication skills and excellent team collaboration to achieve the highest standards of creative production.
The role operates as a specialist in video and social content creation, with responsibility for shaping how Keele SU communicates with students through motion-based storytelling. The postholder will exercise professional judgement over content formats, platform suitability, accessibility, and creative risk, ensuring content aligns with organisational priorities while remaining authentic and student‑led.
