Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer and Editor to join Al-Ayn International. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating highquality video content that engages audiences, supports campaigns, and strengthens the organisation’s storytelling across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role combining video production, editing, storytelling, and occasional filming, working closely with the wider Content and Communications team to deliver compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories with strong narrative flow.
Add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects to enhance audience engagement.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Content and Communications team to support campaign objectives and content delivery.
• Produce and edit both short-form content (e.g. Reels, Shorts) and longer-form video content.
• Organise and manage video assets, archives, and project files efficiently.
Support video production and filming in the UK and internationally when required.
Stay up to date with video trends, platform requirements, and emerging content formats.
Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Key Requirements
Experience leading video production projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Strong storytelling, editing, pacing, and visual communication skills.
Ability to create and optimise content for different channels, including television, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively to deadlines.
Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
Fluent in Arabic.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
Demonstrated commitment to Al-Ayn’s ways of working, including exercising appropriate discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Desirable
Experience in filming and camera operation.
Experience working within international or charitable organisations.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
Understanding of storytelling approaches for fundraising, awareness, or impact-driven content.

£30,784
