This vibrant, inclusive congregation across the two churches of All Saints, Frindsbury and St Philip & St James, Upnor is seeking a new Vicar who longs to nurture faith, grow community, and lead a welcoming church with deep roots and big hopes for the future.
The benefice has a thriving and growing church family, a diverse and dedicated lay leadership team, and a number of committed volunteers just waiting to support their new parish priest.
The right candidate will be a prayerful, collaborative and energetic leader who will:
- Have the heart, energy and passion for mission, and be committed to community outreach and engagement.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and planning.
- Inspire through biblically based teaching and preaching.
- Be a clear and warm communicator, able to relate to all ages but particularly comfortable working with families, children and young people.
- Be confident in leading a range of worship styles.
