Saint Francis of Assisi is a single parish benefice in the Deanery of West Bromwich. We are looking for a full-time priest who is a member of The Society. We are at the heart of Friar Park, an urban area, with a real community spirit.

Saint Francis is of the Catholic Tradition within the Church of England.

We are looking for a priest to:

• Encourage and shape an evolving community, developing strategic priorities across the parish.
• Motivate and engage with families and young people.
• Be enthusiastic, insightful and strategic, who will lead us in building a vision for the future based on our current work and help us bring it to realisation.
• Strengthen our discipleship and pastoral care.

We are able to offer that priest:

• A team of people who will support the priest administratively.
• A team of servers.
• A congregation willing to give their support and which values personal well-being, and the need for a balanced work life.
• A five bedroomed Clergy House adjacent to the Church.
• A highly maintained and appointed church.

All applicants should normally have 3 years experience in the Church of England or another Anglican church in the British Isles.
