It is about creating a consistent, strategic approach to funding that supports where we are going as an organisation.

You will take ownership of income, keep things moving, and make sure our work is understood, valued, and invested in.

Manage reporting, stewardship, and renewal conversations

Work across the organisation to gather insight, data, and stories

Line manage and support a part-time Funding Officer

Keep a clear handle on income, performance, and what needs to shift

What we are looking for

Someone who can turn insight into strong, fundable propositions

A confident writer who can communicate impact clearly and persuasively

Strong relationship builder with funders and partners

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Experience securing significant grant funding

Comfortable taking ownership of income targets and delivery

Able to work independently and keep momentum going

Why it matters

Demand for our work continues to grow.

This role ensures we have the funding in place to respond, not just in the short term, but in a way that builds long-term resilience.

Food can be the gateway to release from food insecurity. At Feeding Families we are more than just food.

About Feeding Families

We get the right food to the right people at the right time, but we do not stop there.

We are building something bigger. Stronger systems, better partnerships, and routes out of crisis that actually last.

Our values are simple. Dignity. Integrity. Action. Together.

If those are yours, you will fit in here.
