Training Administrative Coordinator Job Pack

Lancashire Mind is recruiting a Training Administrative Coordinator to join our Workplace Wellbeing and Training Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and growth of our workplace wellbeing and training programmes, helping ensure more people across Lancashire can access high‑quality mental health support.

Job title: Training Administrative Coordinator

Hours: 18 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until end of March 2027, with potential to extend subject to funding

Starting salary: £25,850 per annum (pro rata)Location: Office base in Leyland, with a mix of home and office‑based working. This role may also be worked remotely, with some travel to Leyland and team meeting venues as required

About the role

You’ll play a key administrative and coordination role across a range of projects, including managing training schedules, supporting learners and associate trainers, and developing our on‑demand training offer. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Lancashire Mind, particularly within the Workplace Wellbeing and Training and External Relations teams, building strong relationships with partners, organisations and learners.

To succeed in the role, you will need to be confident, with strong communication skills and experience of using booking systems, driven and have the ability to work autonomously in the community.
