Your role

  • Coordinate project activities to support smooth delivery, effective planning, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the introduction of new digital technologies, helping to ensure a seamless rollout and a positive experience for customers and colleagues
  • Work closely with internal teams, technology partners and suppliers to integrate solutions that enhance service delivery
  • Support care projects with external customers, including large-scale analogue to digital onboarding programmes
  • Monitor project compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, making recommendations to help ensure projects stay on track and fully compliant

Your skills

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English
  • Build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Use Microsoft 365 confidently at an intermediate level
  • Share updates and information clearly to support effective planning and service delivery
  • Contribute to projects and programmes that support the Group’s values and objectives
