Your role at BRE

The Team PA provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Leadership Team members within BRE, ensuring effective coordination, organisation, and delivery of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating multiple stakeholders

  • Prepare meeting agendas, collate materials, and ensure participants are briefed in advance

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Provide general office and operational support, including meeting logistics and resource management

  • Support the preparation of leadership reports, review packs, and departmental updates

  • Organise and manage team meetings and events from planning through to delivery

  • Draft, review, and format documents, reports, and communications

  • Attend meetings where required, take minutes, and track actions to completion

  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to communications on behalf of the team where appropriate

  • Provide administrative support for expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions

  • Maintain organised documentation, filing systems, and shared drives

  • Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up

  • Support onboarding activities for new team members

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and support internal stakeholder engagement

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with organisational requirements

  • Identify and support improvements to processes and administrative efficiency

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience providing administrative or PA support to teams or senior stakeholders in a professional environment

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Ability to prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and communications

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all outputs

  • Experience supporting meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking

  • Ability to manage shared inboxes and coordinate timely and accurate communications

  • Experience supporting operational tasks such as expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

  • Experience coordinating events, projects, or cross-functional activities

  • Ability to maintain organised documentation, filing systems, and shared drives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to support continuous improvement and enhance administrative efficiency

Work Location Options

Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford or Glasgow office, as you will be expected to attend in person (1-2 times per week).

Our Recruitment Process
