We’re looking for a Criminal Justice Team leader for our Merton Service to cover maternity leave.

As a Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will manage a team of Criminal Justice Recovery Practitioners as well as other Recovery Practitioners, coordinating delivery of criminal justice related pathways, treatment, satellites and partnerships.

As a key member of our Merton leadership team, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering high-quality services across your locality. These Team Leader positions offer the opportunity to take on new challenges, further develop your leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive local and national network.
