Your new opportunity

Quarriers is recruiting a full time Team Leader to join our Homelife Ayr service.

Our service supports adults with physical and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes and within their communities. This includes supporting people to take part in everyday activities such as visiting local restaurants, attending events, and enjoying hobbies and interests that matter to them.

We are committed to delivering person‑centred support and enabling the people we support to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in the smooth and effective running of the service. You will support, guide and develop your team while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered and all organisational and administrative requirements are met.

Working pattern

This is a full time, permanent role working 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with on‑call responsibilities.

What you'll bring

  • SVQ Level 3 with PDA (or equivalent)
  • A caring and supportive approach with a genuine commitment to helping others
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on positive outcomes
  • Good IT and communication skills
