About the role

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for helping young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) achieve their ambitions?

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Job Coach Team Leader to lead our growing team and play a pivotal role in transforming lives through meaningful work-based learning opportunities.

In this rewarding role, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to a dedicated team of Job Coaches, ensuring high-quality, learner-centred services that help young people develop confidence, independence and employability skills. You will work closely with learners, employers, parents, carers, tutors and external partners to create inclusive opportunities that support learners in achieving their individual goals and aspirations.

As a key member of the team, you will coach and develop staff, oversee training and induction programmes, promote best practice and drive continuous improvement. You will also build strong employer partnerships, identify exciting work placement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative work-based learning opportunities.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about inclusion, skilled at building relationships and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for young people. You will be a confident communicator, an effective problem solver and a supportive leader who inspires others to excel.

This is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, champion potential and help young people with SEND take meaningful steps towards fulfilling and successful futures.

Join us and help create a world where every learner can thrive.
