Reporting to the Head of Languages Faculty, we're seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to teach throughout the Senior School (11-18) Position: Teacher of English (0.7 Potential for full time) - maternity cover Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons to pupils across various age groups. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel empowered. • Prepare and deliver curriculum content tailored to GCSE and A level standards (desirable). • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to pupils. • Incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum. Qualifications and Requirements: • A degree in English, or a related field (desirable). • Previous experience teaching English to pupils at various levels. • Familiarity with the requirements of GCSE and A level curricula (desirable). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
