Systems and Infrastructure Specialist (1 Year Fixed-Term)

The role-holder will assist in the creation and implementation of continuous improvement plans to meet current and future College requirements. The role-holder is expected to contribute to the documentation of systems and processes while assisting their IT colleagues in understanding the technical and operational requirements to support the College systems. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service and excellent team working and inter-personal skills.

The successful candidate will have relevant practical experience in networks and systems administration including IP addressing and routing, Aruba implementation, and in Microsoft Hyper-V, and Azure. They will be professional and customer-oriented with the ability to provide clear and concise communication.
