Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a highly organised Supporter Engagement Assistant to help deliver excellent supporter care at St Barnabas Hospice. You’ll handle thank‑you letters, data entry, income processing and supporter enquiries, while providing flexible support across Individual Giving, Lottery, Community and In Memory fundraising. You’ll also assist during busy campaign periods and step in to support team cover when needed.

If you have strong admin skills, great attention to detail and a passion for supporting meaningful local care, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential skills include -

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
