Positive Behaviour Support & Autism Support Workers will implement and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Active Support Plans, and Individual Person-Centred Plans to enable people we support to lead fulfilling lives. This will include supporting people to achieve their individual goals and maximise independence, choice, control, and decision-making. Support will be person centred and ensure dignity and respect for all people supported in line with Social Care Wales and Mirus Codes of Professional Practice.

What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
- Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
- Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
- Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.
- Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
