Are you an experienced Carer or Support Worker who genuinely enjoys going the extra mile to improve people’s lives? Do you value a role where you feel supported, appreciated and fulfilled?
If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re recruiting experienced Support Workers with complex care knowledge to join our warm, dedicated team at an award‑winning charity. You’ll be supporting six individuals who live independently in their own purpose‑built bungalows in Tullibody.
For some of the people we support, this is their first time living in their own home, so patience, compassion and understanding are essential as they settle into this exciting new chapter of their lives.
About the People You’ll Support
The individuals we support live with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and hearing or visual impairments. They’ve faced challenges in the past, but that hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life to the fullest.
They love:
- Dancing and listening to music
- Spending time with friends and family
- Going out for tea and cake
They also enjoy their own personal interests, including:
- Gardening and caring for animals
- Sports and staying active
- Cooking and baking
- Celebrating and going to parties
No two days are the same – and that’s what makes the role so rewarding.

- Medication administration

- Full‑time roles (36 hours per week) – including some weekend work and waking nights
- Bank roles for added flexibility

Additional Information
- A UK driving licence isn’t essential, but it would be an advantage
- Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
If you’re compassionate, experienced and looking for a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
