At Mencap, we support people with a learning disability, their families and carers, and campaign for a kinder, fairer and more inclusive society. Everyone at Mencap works either directly with people we support or alongside colleagues who make that support possible.
Belonging at Mencap is for everyone, every day, everywhere. We’re committed to treating people well, learning from each other, and creating environments where everyone feels respected, valued and safe to be themselves.
We have a range of Belonging Network groups, open to all colleagues, including networks for Black and Asian colleagues, LGBTQIA+ colleagues, disabled people and those with long‑term health conditions, women, parents and carers, and allies.
