Your new opportunity
At Quarriers Homelife Ayr, we support adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This is a flexible, community-based role where no two days are the same.
As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside the people we support to help them live the life they choose. This can include:
- Supporting with daily routines and personal care
- Helping people access their local community and stay connected
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Supporting with appointments, activities, and day-to-day tasks
Working pattern: We require people who are available to work a variety of shifts to support individual needs, shifts include, day, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Rota's are completed 4-6 weeks in advance where possible. We are offering 20 - 30 hour per week, permanent contracts.
We’re looking for people who:
- Are caring, reliable, and respectful
- Have a genuine interest in supporting others
- Can work flexibly across a range of shifts
- Hold (or are willing to work towards) relevant training
A full driving licence is preferred due to the nature of the role and community-based support.
