Support Worker (3590)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Support Worker worker to join our dedicated team in Bridgend. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.

 You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role. Please note this is a casual role.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.

• Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.

• Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
