We have an exciting opportunity for a support worker to join our dedicated team in Swansea. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.

You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.

About our home

We are a 4-bedroom supported living home currently supporting 2 individuals with Autism and Learning difficulties, we work in a Person-centred way to create a homely environment where people can be independent and live in an environment tailored to suit their needs. This Role entails supporting with domestic duties, Medication administration and Personal care along with actively supporting Individuals in their home and out in the community.

What You'll Do 

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
  • Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
  • Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
  • Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
