We're looking for a Support Worker to join our residential team in Louth on a part-time basis, working 16 hours per week at £13.00 per hour.
You'll be part of a small, close-knit team supporting five people with complex needs to live full and meaningful lives on their own terms. Whether you're helping someone cook a meal they love, encouraging them to get out into the community, or simply being a steady, trusted presence at home, everything you do will be about making life richer and more independent for the people you support. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this role so rewarding.
Please note that if you live outside of Louth, you'll need access to your own vehicle for early and late shifts, as public transport in the area is very limited.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting with everyday tasks at home, including cooking and cleaning
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene with sensitivity and respect
- Helping to manage finances and medication
- Getting out into the community for shopping, social activities, and days out
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing in everything you do
