We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Female Support Worker worker to join our dedicated team in Gorseinon, Swansea. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.

Please note this is a part time 20 hour contract. You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.

• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.

• Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.

• Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
