Job Description
A job where you'll make a difference.
Are you fun, upbeat, and ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We're looking for a male Support Worker to join our team.
We're looking for someone to support a fantastic young man, Ellis*. Ellis* is full of personality and has plenty of interests to share. He's looking forward to building his independence with a team who really gets him.
What's important to Ellis*?
- Trust is key - Ellis* takes time to get to know new people, and we'll be with you every step of the way as you build that connection
- Facial expressions and positivity matter! Ellis loves to see you smile and know you're happy to be spending time with him
- He enjoys having his support team alongside him - encouraging him, praising him, and getting stuck into his favourite activities
Ellis' favourite things include:
- Splashing about and relaxing with water play
- Watching everything from Mrs Brown's Boys to High School Musical on his iPad
- Getting outdoors and walking - in any weather! Ellis is a big fan of litter picking and keeping active
- A love of structure and busy, purposeful days
You'll need a full manual driving licence for this role, so you can support Ellis to get out and about and enjoy the things he loves.
If you're patient, warm, and ready to build a genuine friendship supporting Ellis, we'd love to hear from you.
