Support Worker – Supported Living

Location: FakenhamPay: £13.00 per hourContract: Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week

Shift patterns:

• 7:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 9:00pm

A driving licence is desirable but not essential.

FitzRoy Supported Living in Fakenham provides high‑quality, person‑centred care and support for people with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people to live independent, fulfilling lives. You will provide tailored, person‑centred support and be a calm, positive presence during both planned and unplanned situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting people with daily routines and activities
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Enabling individuals to take part in hobbies, interests, and community activities
• Supporting people to live independently and achieve personal goals
• Working flexibly as part of a close‑knit team
