This is a truly unique opportunity to support a group of fun, social and vibrant individuals who live in their own self‑contained flats within a small supported living community in Westminster.

Life here is about independence, community and living well. Each person has their own home, their own routine, and their own way of doing things — but there is also a strong sense of togetherness, with shared spaces where people come together to relax, cook, chat and spend time with one another.

The people who live here are aged between their mid‑40s and mid‑80s, and while everyone is different, they share a love of being social, staying active, and enjoying life. From cinema trips and café lunches, to swimming sessions, church visits, arts and crafts, and Friday fish and chips — there’s always something to look forward to.

Being based in Westminster, there’s no shortage of opportunity. With the River Thames nearby, access to parks, community hubs, and even St James’ Park, people are supported to make the most of where they live — getting out, trying new things and building connections in their community.

Of course, this role isn’t without its challenges. Some of the people we support may at times show behaviours of concern, or need extra emotional support. This means you’ll need to be calm, patient, resilient and confident, especially when supporting people to feel safe and understood.

But what makes this service special is the team around you. You’ll be working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who are trained in areas such as epilepsy, medication, moving and positioning, safeguarding and Positive Behaviour Support — and who support each other just as much as they support the people who live here.

This is a hands‑on, engaging role, where you’ll support people with everyday living — from household tasks and personal routines, to achieving bigger life goals like becoming more independent, building confidence, or simply enjoying a good day.

What matters most here is not just what you do — but how you do it.
