This is a permanent role, with contracts available for 17.5, 20.5 and 29 hours per week. We’ll give you full training for our roles and are offering £13.00 per hour/£25,350 per annum FTE.

You will join our wonderful team at our 6-bedded Residential service in Deeping St James where you will be supporting 6 people who have sensory impairments and complex needs.

The shifts vary throughout the week. There are split shifts available 7am-10am, 3pm-10pm or 4pm-10pm. The day shifts are 7am-4/5pm. Evening shifts are 4pm-10pm. Weekends are late/early and early/late so 7am-2.30pm on Saturday and 2.30pm-10pm Sunday or vice versa. Sleep ins if required are 10pm-7am.
