We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our Support Team at Emmaus Village Carlton.
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to companions who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion, helping them develop the skills, confidence to move on to independent living.
You’ll work with companions to achieve agreed outcomes, maintain accurate support records in line with the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, and carry out housing management responsibilities, including supporting companions to understand their licence agreements, maintain their accommodation and report repairs when needed.
