Introduction to the role:

Grace Eyre is starting a new service in Hove supporting people with Acquired Brain Injuries and Physical Disabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled workers with experience or transferable skills to work at the service and support people to live full and independent lives.

Brief outline of the role:

The role will consist of supporting people to be as independent as possible in different areas of their lives. You will be supporting people with different care needs, such as, personal care, meal prep, medication support, financial support, moving and handling, whilst also connecting people to their communities and their friends and families.

We have roles available for up to 37.5 hours per week.
