We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team at Rosedale in Shipston-on-Stour.
Rosedale is home to 10 supported living flats with a large communal area and beautiful garden, providing a welcoming environment where customers are encouraged to live as independently as possible. Our customers enjoy an active social life, with regular trips, community activities and themed events at home, making every day different and rewarding.

About the Role
Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, develop new skills and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting customers with personal care where required
- Prompting and administering medication
- Supporting daily living skills and promoting independence
- Helping customers access the local community and attend social activities
- Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
- Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals
No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in helping customers lead active, meaningful lives.
Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift patterns between 7:00am and 10:00pm, including:
- Early and late shifts
- Split shifts (for example, 7:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm)
- Wake nights: 10:00pm–7:00am (£1.50 per hour enhancement)
- Sleep-in shifts are also available

- Previous care or relevant support experience is preferred
- A caring, positive and reliable approach
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, wake nights and occasional sleep-ins
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
