Student Nurse Sponsorship

We’d love to sponsor you! Are you training to be a nurse? 

Would you like to be part of a friendly, expert team that is deeply committed to caring for our patients and their families, while having the opportunity to deliver truly personalised care? 

Rowcroft’s fantastic sponsorship scheme includes: 

• A bursary of £4,250 per year for up to 2 years*
• A permanent role with Rowcroft in one of our nursing teams upon qualification and gaining your PIN number
• Access to our award-winning education programme
• A supportive and enriching environment to nurture your career
• A preceptorship programme in conjunction with Torbay Hospital

*In return for sponsorship you commit to work with us for up to 2 years. Should you choose to leave your employment within 2 years you will be required to repay some of your bursary on a sliding scale.
