Student Mentor – Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) and Wellbeing
Purpose of the job:
To design and deliver high-quality Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) and wellbeing-focused sessions that enable young people (16–19) to develop the skills, knowledge and resilience needed for successful adult lives. Session will focus on employment, independent living, community participation and positive physical and emotional wellbeing, underpinned by core post-16 personal, social and health education (PSHE) principles.
The Student Mentor role is central to ensuring that each learner feels safe, supported and empowered to navigate both personal challenges and future pathways.
