Student Engagement and Support Assistant

The Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a permanent, part-time Student Engagement & Support Assistant to join our team. This site-based role is working Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.

As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for many students, providing support through daily face-to-face and online interactions. You will respond to enquiries, help students access appropriate services and information, and contribute to a positive student experience.

The role also involves providing administrative support across a range of student-focused activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of student engagement initiatives within the faculty.

You will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
