WOW Wales One World Film Festival (WOW) is recruiting a SPOTLIGHT Project Producer / Coordinator

The role will lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of a BFI Film Audience Network SPOTLIGHT programme in South West Wales.

WOW’s SPOTLIGHT Project Producer / Coordinator focuses on building and supporting a network of community film clubs, piloting screenings, developing a sustainable regular rhythm where viable (monthly/bi-monthly), coordinating formal capacity-building sessions, and maintaining strong operational tracking and reporting.

This is a practical, people-facing role working with rural venues and local organisers, supported by knowledge-centre convenings/learning exchange (venues TBC). The person in this role will coordinate partner recruitment and onboarding, screening delivery logistics, project-facing marketing coordination, admissions/data capture, and risk management.
