St John’s School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sports Administrator to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our dynamic and wide-ranging sports programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex logistics, working with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to a vibrant school community.

As the central coordination hub of the Sports Department, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Sport. Your work will ensure the smooth planning, organisation and delivery of fixtures, events and co-curricular sport.

You’ll be instrumental in enabling the Director of Sport to focus on strategic leadership, while you ensure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. If you are an organised, solution-focused professional who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (term-time + 2 weeks), working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break each day.
