This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We’re looking for Full time SPOC Administrator for our Gloucestershire Service to join our team and support the smooth and efficient delivery of our Single Point Of Contact (SPOC). This role is crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations that ensure our clients receive timely, safe, and effective care. Based in our Gloucester Hub but covering the county.
You'll be responsible for tasks such as:

Acting as the first point of contact for service users, professionals, and other stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, sensitively and effectively.

Managing referrals into the service.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the hub by managing administration, and information systems, ensuring all processes are compliant with Via policies, safeguarding requirements, and information governance standards.
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organised and accurate, with strong communication and IT skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and the confidence to remain calm under pressure.
Experience in administration, reception, customer service, health or social care, or services supporting people with a range of needs would be valuable. You should be comfortable handling sensitive information, working as part of a multidisciplinary team and using digital case-management systems.
