Your Role:

The Horizon AirXtreme and Horizon Softplay Assistant will prioritise customer satisfaction and adhere to strict health and safety standards. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and family-friendly environment for all visitors to our brand-new AirXtreme indoor inflatable and to the newly refurbished Horizon Softplay.

Working Hours:

The position is a casual position on Saturdays and Sundays. However, flexibility is essential, as there may be occasional shifts to accommodate other times. Additionally, the role may require adjusted working hours during school holidays.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Children and Young People Team reporting into the Children’s Activities Manager

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of all visitors to AirXtreme and Horizon Softplay

Supervise young children and adults in a safe and secure environment

Control of entrances and exits

To keep facilities clean and free of hazards

Monitor the behaviour of customers

To provide a full customer service via the catering outlet

To comply with health and safety regulations

Complete safety checks and records, and maintain a safe environment at all times

Your Experience:

Working with children (desirable)

Working in a similar environment (desirable)

Leading children’s activities, parties and events (desirable)

Working in a customer-facing role (essential)
