Social Media Videographer

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an energetic, ideas-driven Social Media Videographer to supercharge our success on social. This role will be a part of the Brand & Creative Team, within the Marketing department, reporting to the Senior Design Lead. You’ll be our go-to expert for video production, from recipe Reels to farmer interview YouTube Shorts. Working across both organic and paid, you’ll use all your knowledge of social media platforms and trends to create videos that engage with, and grow, our audience.

Every day in the studio is different, and you’ll work alongside our in-house Recipe Writers, Photographers and Designers day to day. You’ll collaborate closely with Copy and the rest of Marketing, to bring to life our briefs – and to share your ideas!

This role is perfect for someone with solid experience producing social media-first videos for brands (especially if it’s foodie experience). We’re a brand who lives and breathes our values, looking for a talented creative to help us tell those stories through video.

This role is based in our Mitcham studio, with some visits to our Head Office in Fulham. We expect a minimum of 4 days per week in the studio for this hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on our video execution, driving the performance of our brand awareness and customer acquisition through engaging video creative across our social media channels (both paid and organic)
  • Own the full video production process from end to end. From concepting and storyboarding, to setting up your shoot and art directing the styling, to capturing your content and editing, applying graphics, music, and uploading.
  • Shoot and edit short-form vertical video and stills — Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts – and long-form videos – for YouTube and our internal comms
  • Transform our content plan into a steady stream of posts – reacting quickly to emerging trends, insights, or seasonal switches
  • Uphold our brand guidelines while creating social-native videos
  • Respond to briefs from the Marketing Department, and proactively spot storytelling opportunities for the brand
  • Help with the smooth running of our bustling in-house studio, from maintaining studio equipment, to ordering in produce for your shoots, to lending a hand with food prep and clean up during busy shoot days
  • Make visits to our brilliant farmers and makers to capture their stories (these can be long days)
  • Act as an ambassador for our B Corp values: make all decisions with our social and environmental impact in mind and look for opportunities, no matter how small, to use our business as a force for good.

Required Skills:

  • Portfolio that showcases your talents in filming and editing short-form video confidently for social media, as well as how social trends influence your execution.
  • Social media native – you know how the platforms actually work, from formats to latest trends, and have your finger on the pulse
  • You’re a self-starter, confident in juggling your briefs to deliver work on time, and running video shoots independently.
  • You collaborate brilliantly with others, bringing out the best in them on camera.
  • You’re able to direct and shoot videos both in studio and out on location.
  • High quality filming and editing skills.
  • Ability to creating GIFs, stop motion videos and animations.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and lighting.
  • Food video production experience preferred.

What we offer:

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience
  • 33 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays (FTE)
  • A free box of fruit and veg every week (it’s pretty delicious!)
  • Up to 35% discount on A&C products.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Contributory pension scheme
