Career Ambassador
Looking to kickstart your career in comms? Or passionate about inspiring the next generation? Well look no further, we're recruiting a Career Ambassador to help reach and engage young people across the UK, particularly outside London.
Role Responsibilities:
- Encourage young people to sign up to My Blueprint for All
- Promote the platform at universities, colleges, youth spaces, and events
- Represent Blueprint for All both online and in person
- Create youth led content for social media
Personal Skills & Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with young people.
- Experience or strong interest in youth outreach, engagement, marketing, or peer-led promotion.
- Confidence creating and sharing digital content, including short-form video and social media posts.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver against agreed expectations.
- A confident self-starter who is comfortable putting themselves out there as an ambassador for the programme.
- Alignment with Blueprint for All’s mission, values, and commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Competent IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- This post is subject to a Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check.
Pay: £150 per day / £75 half day (freelance contract)
Expenses: Travel to events covered
Working pattern: Flexible working
Contract level: Temporary, minimum 2 days per month

Delivery Coordinator
Looking to develop your career in programme delivery while making a difference? We’re recruiting a Delivery Coordinator to support and coordinate impactful work with young people across the UK.
Main Duties: (subject to update with organisational and funder priorities)
- Coordinate, deliver and facilitate sessions across our programmes (increase employability skills for young people)
- Collect, process, and review programme data and feedback to monitor impact
- Develop and update delivery materials in line with the sessions
- Prepare data from session for external reports and support staff with case studies.
- Contribute to the charity’s outreach and engagement activity to boost participation and visibility across the country
- Carry out additional programme coordination related tasks as required
Knowledge and Role Requirements:
- Experience delivering or coordinating programmes
- Ability to carry out the full range of duties listed above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of programme processes and commitment to continuous improvement
- Awareness of inclusive practice, particularly when working with participants from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Must be able to travel across the country delivering workshops or representing the organisation at
- Outreach events
- Proven experience working directly with programme participants
- Strong delivery and facilitation skills
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple programmes or workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team
- Alignment with the charity mission and values
- Proficiency in standard IT tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Creative problem-solving approach and a focus on solutions
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and reliably meet expectations

Reports to:
Senior Delivery Coordinator
Contract:
3 months minimum (potential for extension depending on funding)
Location:
London
Other delivery areas across the country with key focus on Manchester, Birmingham and rural areas

Seeking Sessional Delivery & Engagement Facilitator for charity based role.

- Deliver engaging in-person and hybrid sessions to introduce and promote the digital platform
- Facilitate workshops that support young people to access, navigate, and use the platform confidently
- Travel across regions to build on existing relationships and engage new audiences
- Attend career fairs and youth centres/hubs to support participant outreach and recruitment
- Support outreach to schools, charities, and community organisations to increase platform uptake
Personal Skills & Attributes:
- Experience engaging young people in workshops, training, or outreach settings
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills, both in-person and online
- Confident communicator, able to explain digital tools clearly and accessibly
- Comfortable working independently as a freelancer while collaborating with a wider team
- Willingness and ability to travel across UK regions for delivery and engagement
- Alignment with Blueprint for All’s mission, values, and commitment to equity and inclusion.
