    Purpose

    The Skills Delivery Manager will lead the operational delivery of a Skills Programme Fund supporting unemployed and economically inactive Londoners to progress into sustainable, good, employment within the Hospitality and Construction sectors.

    The postholder will be responsible for achieving contractual targets relating to learner recruitment, enrolments, completions, qualifications, employer engagement and, most critically, good work outcomes. They will develop employer partnerships, oversee referral networks, manage delivery teams, and ensure all provision is compliant with funding requirements as well as delivering strong Ofsted delivery.

    The role requires a highly commercial, performance-driven manager who can translate employer demand into employment opportunities and ensure learners successfully progress into jobs aligned to local labour market needs. This role will lead a team of tutors and advisors, working collaboratively with employer engagement, quality and compliance teams to ensure outstanding learner and employer outcomes.

    You will be based in our London Shepherds Bush office with frequent travel within London required
