Project Description
Neath Port Talbot Prevention and Wellbeing Support provides generic floating support to the residents of Neath Port Talbot. Addressing housing, financial and personal difficulties, building the service users skills and confidence, improving their ability to maintain their accommodation, increasing their independence to achieve agreed goals.
Purpose of Role
We are looking for a compassionate, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team, providing housing-related support to individuals and families across Neath Port Talbot County Borough.
This rewarding role involves assessing the needs of individuals, developing support plans, and working directly with people to help them maintain their accommodation, improve their wellbeing, and access appropriate services and support within the community.
The successful candidate will be approachable, empathetic, and a genuine people person, with the ability to build trust and develop positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.
Strong networking and partnership-working skills are essential, as you will work closely with external agencies, statutory services, and community organisations to ensure clients receive coordinated and effective support.
Applicants must be IT literate, with the ability to maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and use a range of digital systems confidently.
