✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the shop ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives. The shop manager will motivate and manage a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

Essential

Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.

 Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives.

 Passion for the work that TAAS does.

 A flexible approach to allow adaptability to the changing needs of the organisation.

 Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required

 Time-management skills.

 Ability to handle confidential information.

 Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed dead

Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
