SharePoint and M365 Manager
Sidney Sussex College is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and M365 Manager to design, architect, and optimise modern workplace solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform. This role will play a key part in our digital transformation journey, including the migration of legacy systems, enhancement of business processes, and delivery of user‑focused solutions that improve collaboration, efficiency, and data accessibility.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical expertise, excellent engagement skills, and a passion for modern cloud technologies.
This is a full time, permanent post, involving 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility necessary. The salary is based on points 38-45 on the Sidney Sussex Salary Spine, currently equating to £42,921- £52,570 per annum. Incremental salary progression within this range is discretionary.
Benefits include an annual leave entitlement of 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays; a contributory pension scheme provided by the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), free College meals when on duty, and free membership of the College gym. The College is also closed over the Christmas period.
