Are you passionate about using climbing as a tool to help young people develop confidence, learn new skills and overcome challenges? Are you safety-conscious, always making sure that activities on the climbing wall are risk-assessed and carefully monitored? Are you also a great youth worker, able to listen and support young people with any issues they bring to you?
