Join Trust and become part of a small team of Service Development Specialists (Care & Support), helping to drive and shape high-quality services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service; bring strong care and support expertise and effective management skills; have a focus on person-centred practice and performance monitoring; and thrive on working with people to drive improvement - this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
You will work closely with our Care and Support Teams to drive improvement and uphold quality standards. You will also deliver training, coach teams, and help achieve better outcomes for customers across our services.
We are looking for someone proactive and resilient, who is confident in using online platforms, to produce detailed reports and action plans as well as taking the initiative and working independently.
A key focus area will be a continued drive to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement via our digital personal planning tool.
If you want to help shape and strengthen services that truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
This is a part-time opportunity and will be worked 14 hours per week over two days, Monday and Friday.

To apply please submit our online application form no later than Noon on Thursday 11th June 2026.
