Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a proactive and delivery‑focused Voids Service Delivery Manager to join our team of 12, to lead the end‑to‑end management of void properties. The postholder will ensure homes are returned to a safe, compliant, high‑quality lettable standard, within agreed timescales and budgets, supporting the organisation to minimise rent loss and meet customer demand.

This position sits within Property Services, who are responsible for delivering a high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.

The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:

  • Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of void properties from vacant to re‑let
  • Ensuring voids are completed to time, quality, and compliance standards
  • Overseeing health, safety, and statutory compliance
  • Working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance

 

Skills and experiences:

  • To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject, and hold an ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership). As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
  • Proven experience analysing and diagnosing complex problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
