Ready to make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate, and community-minded individual to join us as a Service Coordinator, leading on the social inclusion element of the Futures Together service across West and South Essex.

Delivered by Phoenix Futures Futures Together brings together criminal justice and social inclusion expertise to provide meaningful, person-centred support for adults across Essex, excluding Southend and Thurrock. Our team is driven by a shared commitment to creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping people take positive steps forward.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will design and deliver innovative activities and groups that expand our social inclusion offer, while recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers and peer mentors. You will build strong relationships with local communities and partner organisations, helping people connect with the Futures Together team and access opportunities that support recovery, wellbeing, and long-term change.

This is a 37.5 hour per week fixed-term role until 31 March 2027, offering the autonomy to shape creative, inclusive opportunities and make a lasting impact in the lives of the people we support. We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and committed to social inclusion, with the energy and empathy to inspire others and strengthen community connections.

Your Rewards

  • Starting salary of £29,298, which includes a market supplement per annum, pro rata. With the opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal.
