- Manage referrals and coordinate the loan of wheelchairs and toileting aids
- Maintain accurate records by completing paperwork and updating IT systems
- Handle returned equipment and ensure storage areas remain clean and safe
- Support delivery of equipment, including local home deliveries when required
- Provide guidance to service users and build strong relationships with hospitals and referral partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online stock management systems
- Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
- Able to work independently while effectively prioritising workload and performing under pressure
- Confident handling payments and delivering excellent customer service
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
